Center-hole modules
The peltier coolers in Ferrotec’s center-hole thermoelectric module series provide intermediate heat pumping capacity for cooling and heating applications that also require a center hole. These TMs are used in applications including industrial equipment, electrical equipment, laboratory instrumentation and opto-electronics. Standard substrates are lapped with +/-0.025 mm tolerance.
