Basic characteristics of ТМ thermoelectric modules at a hot side temperature of 50^оС

At the customer’s request, thermoelectric modules with additional options may be manufactured:

Standard variant	Additional options
Alumina ceramic substrates (Al₂O₃ 96% or higher)	Ceramic substrates based on aluminum nitride (AlN)
Non-sealed modules	Silicone sealing
Resistance tolerance ± 10 %	Resistance tolerance ≤ ± 5%
Resistance tolerance ± 10 %	Grouping of modules with resistance tolerance of no more than 0.004 Ohm
Heght tolerance no more than ± 0.02 mm	Height tolerance no more than ± 0.01 mm
Heght tolerance no more than ± 0.02 mm	Grouping of modules (by height)
Nonflatness no more than ± 0.02 mm	Nonflatness no more than ± 0.01 mm
Lead wires with PVC insulation	Lead wires with silicone or teflon insulation
Lead wires lenght 120 or 150 mm	Lead wires lenght in accordance with custmer requirements
Lead wires ends are tinned	Installation of Molex, Tyco Electronics or other connectors as requested by the customer
Lead wires ends are tinned	Modules may be connected in accordance with the customer requirements
